The Supreme Court of Pakistan is partnering with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to significantly enhance its digital footprint. A recent memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed by the Supreme Court’s Registrar and NADRA’s Chief Projects Officer, sets the stage for a comprehensive overhaul of the court’s mobile application, website, and related digital services.
Under this new agreement, NADRA will supply the crucial technical backbone for the court’s digital platforms. This includes providing hosting services, back-end infrastructure, and ongoing technical support. By taking charge of system maintenance and implementing approved upgrades, NADRA aims to make the court’s online services much more reliable and efficient.
For citizens and legal professionals, this modernization effort will translate to streamlined access to essential judicial resources. Users can expect improved navigation and easier retrieval of cause lists, court rulings, and other official documents directly through the revamped website and mobile app. Ultimately, this digital shift is designed to deliver court-related information seamlessly to users’ screens, minimizing the need for in-person visits.
In addition to the sweeping web and app enhancements, NADRA has also committed to maintaining its technical support for the Supreme Court’s dedicated 1818 public helpline, rounding out a broader initiative to make judicial services more accessible to the public.
