Jazz Introduces ROX AI and ROX AI Hub in Pakistan
Jazz GSM has introduced ROX AI and ROX AI Hub on its digital lifestyle platform, ROX, bringing a conversational assistant and access to multiple AI models into one app experience.
ROX AI lets users ask questions in Urdu or English by voice or text, find ROX services and carry out certain tasks through chat. According to the launch announcement, users can subscribe to ROX packages, activate Vault deals and discounts, and purchase event tickets without switching between services.
ROX AI Hub offers three AI models
ROX AI Hub brings together Qwen, DeepSeek and Kimi. Users can choose a model, switch between them and monitor monthly token usage in real time, the announcement says.
The two features have distinct roles: ROX AI is presented as an assistant for navigating ROX services and completing supported actions, while the Hub gives users a choice of general-purpose AI models within the platform.
Who can access ROX AI?
AI access is included with eligible ROX packages. The announcement also says users on other mobile networks can access AI Hub through a ROX Vault purchase. It does not specify the purchase price or the exact eligible packages, so users should check the ROX app for current terms.
ROX is Jazz’s digital lifestyle platform. Jazz’s earlier description of the service included digital connectivity management, rewards, partner discounts and subscriptions to services such as Tamasha, Bajao and GameNow.
AI responses may need checking
ROX’s privacy notice describes ROXGPT as an AI assistant in the app for service guidance and general conversation. It cautions that generated responses may not always be accurate, complete or current, and says they should not be treated as professional advice.
The notice also says users’ text or voice inputs are processed to generate AI responses and improve service quality. It states that interactions are handled through ROX’s own infrastructure and temporarily during an active session. Users should review the current privacy notice and app terms before sharing sensitive information.
With ROX AI and ROX AI Hub, Jazz is adding conversational service actions and multiple AI models to its existing app. Access terms and available features may depend on the package or Vault purchase selected.
